Delete Your Account

App Name: My Orderly Home Developer: Govind Bisht (about) Last Updated: July 1, 2026

My Orderly Home is a personal inventory management application. This page explains how to delete your My Orderly Home account and what happens to your data when you do. If you only want to remove some of your things rather than the whole account, see deleting individual data without deleting your account.

Option 1 — In the app

Delete from inside the app

Option 2 — By email

Request deletion without the app

If you can no longer access the app, you can request account deletion by email:

Email support@myorderlyhome.com from the email address associated with your My Orderly Home account, with the subject line "Delete My Account". We will verify ownership and process the deletion.

What is deleted

What may be retained (anonymized)

After account deletion, we may retain the following anonymized, non-identifiable records for legal and fraud-prevention purposes only:

Account deletion is permanent once the 30-day grace period ends. Export your data first via Settings > Data & account > Export My Data if you want to keep a copy.

Delete some of your data without deleting your account

You do not have to delete your account to delete what is in it. In My Orderly Home you can remove individual records at any time, and they are removed from our servers too.

What happens to it: items, containers and storage areas are hidden from the app immediately and permanently purged from our servers within 7 days. Their photos and receipts leave our storage straight away, along with the copies held on your phone.

Your account, your sign-in and your subscription are untouched by any of this, and there is no grace period to wait out. This is not an account deletion.

If you can no longer reach the app, email support@myorderlyhome.com from the email address associated with your My Orderly Home account, with the subject line "Delete My Data" and a description of what you want removed. We will verify ownership and delete it for you.

For full details on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.
